Void bets: e555 may declare a bet void in any of the following circumstances: the match or event is cancelled, the event does not commence within the designated timeframe, an error is identified in the odds at the time of bet placement, or the outcome of the event has been subjected to an active investigation into match-fixing or corruption. Void bets are refunded in full to your e555 wallet.
Crash games: All crash game outcomes at e555 are determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. The multiplier at which a round ends is mathematically determined before any bets are placed in that round. Players can verify any round's outcome using the seed information provided within each game interface.
Maximum win limits: Individual game and bet category win limits apply. During suspension, the account holder will be notified and given an opportunity to respond unless the circumstances require confidential investigation.
Closure by the player: You may request closure of your e555 account at any time by contacting our support team.
